Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact Customer Service for the return address. Once you receive the address, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt.

In some cases, returns are free of charge. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not teepor.eu’s fault, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the date you received the item. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.

Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation time is earlier than the delivery time and the time specified on the website when the order cancellation can be initiated

The store has no restrictions on the number of days to cancel an order. If the order is not shipped, it is supported to cancel the order.

Once the order is placed, we will process the order within 2-3 days
