The Shipping Policy

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
It takes 1-3 business days for order processing and production before it can be shipped.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders are shipped via Aramex. International orders may take longer to ship than scheduled.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.). While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times; the responsibility for delivery is the carrier’s.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking is available once the product is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for free! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already shipped, please email support@goodsmarket.store . Please include “Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.

I entered the wrong address!

If you made a spelling mistake or the address was automatically entered, simply reply to the order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately by emailing shopkees@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we will correct it for you within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged.
We ship with extra padding. However, according to customer feedback, about one in a thousand items are damaged due to problems with the postal service.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your order number.

– Photos of the damaged product.

Once we receive it, we will be happy to send you a new product free of charge.
